KEPERO GUIDE
Turn a saved video into a post and ZIP export
Keep the source, work from a transcript, review the draft, then export or publish the result. Each step has a separate result you can inspect.
Check the saved video
Save the original URL and open the material. Check whether you have an archived video or an external player. Play the video before using it as a source.
Some providers restrict downloads or require authentication. A saved URL does not guarantee that its video can be downloaded or transcribed. Use content you have permission to process.
Create and review the transcript
Request transcription for a supported saved video with available audio. Transcription uses the configured AI provider and is subject to account and server budgets. A budget refusal stops a new paid request.
Read the transcript before generating a post. Names, numbers and quotations can be wrong. The transcript belongs to your private material and is not automatically added to a public sharing page or ZIP export.
Build an editable post
Choose the material as a source in Create, then generate a draft or write your own text. Review the title, claims and source references. AI output is a draft, not a verified account of the source.
Personal notes and transcripts stay private as separate fields. Any text you deliberately copy into the post body becomes part of the post: review the complete body before sharing or exporting it.
Export the result as ZIP
Use the post's ZIP export to download its text and available exportable media. Personal notes and transcripts are excluded. A selected video fragment can be exported when the required archived video and processing support are available.
For videos without an archived copy, the export keeps source links rather than claiming to contain a video file. Check the archive's file list and open its media before relying on it as an offline copy.
Publish only after reviewing
Exporting a ZIP does not publish your post. To create a public page, open Preview, review the public version, then choose Publish and confirm Publish post. Share copies the published link. Later edits stay in your private draft until you choose Publish changes.
Published posts can be discovered by search engines. Review the title, public display name, body, media and source visibility before publishing. Published by identifies the publisher, not the authors of source material.
