Cancel renewal

Open Settings → Plan & billing → Cancel subscription. You can stop future renewal even if the current payment failed or was refunded. Cancellation normally retains your already paid period. A refund does not automatically cancel a Stripe subscription; cancel renewal separately if you want future billing to stop.

Request a refund

To request a refund or exercise an applicable withdrawal right, email help@kepero.com from your account email, with the payment date or invoice reference. Do not send card details or account passwords. We also review other payment problems and any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Refund requests are reviewed individually; this policy does not limit any statutory refund or withdrawal rights.

We acknowledge and assess requests without undue delay. Statutory refund deadlines apply where relevant; bank processing may take additional time. Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights remain available and are not waived merely by using Kepero.

What changes after a refund

A partial refund ordinarily keeps the remaining paid entitlement. A full successful refund for the current paid period returns your account to Free. Saved content and usage counters are retained; a refund does not reset allowances. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.
