The service

Kepero is an online software service for saving and organizing sources, private collections, preparing posts and exporting content. These terms cover your use of Kepero and the optional Plus subscription. Contact details for service and billing questions are below.

Keep your account secure and use the service lawfully. You must have the rights needed to upload, save, process or publish your content. A source being publicly accessible does not transfer its copyright or guarantee that it can be archived. Do not use Kepero to bypass access restrictions or infringe others’ rights.

Free and Plus

Free access requires no card. Plus costs USD 10 per month and renews monthly until canceled. The final total is shown before you confirm payment. The final amount payable is shown in Stripe Checkout before you confirm payment.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Plus activates after successful payment verification; opening checkout or changing a card does not activate it. Failed or refunded payments can remove Plus access. We do not automatically bill usage over the published plan limits.

Plan limits operate together, including storage, delivery, archive and AI money limits. AI results can contain errors; review them before relying on or publishing them. A purchase does not enable automatic AI or promise a fixed number of AI operations.

Cancellation and your saved content

You can cancel future renewal from Plan & billing. Ordinarily, paid access continues until the paid period ends; a full successful refund ends the refunded entitlement. Cancellation and requesting a refund are separate actions. See the cancellation and refund policy for details.

Downgrading does not itself delete your library. Limits may prevent new saves, media transfers or processing; text export remains available. Existing account access is preserved unless an explicit separate transition is agreed.

Availability and changes

Third-party sites and integrations can restrict or stop access. We do not guarantee successful retrieval of every link or uninterrupted availability. Export important content independently. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use and make necessary security changes.

We will communicate material changes to subscription price or terms before applying them to a future renewal where required. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Cyprus law applies subject to the mandatory protections available in your place of residence.
